Giampiero Martuscelli, followed a degree in structural engineering at University of Naples Federico II, he completed, in 1985, a Master of Science in Structural Engineering at Columbia University in New York.From 1985 until 1987 he worked as a structural engineer at Weidlinger Associates Consulting Engineers in New York, where he was involved in a variety of projects including the structural design of the American (US) embassy in Damascus (Syria) and in Nicosia (Cyprus), the structural strengthening of the Goldman Sachs building in New York and the design of a high-rise building development in Englewood Cliff, New Jersey.
