The redevelopment project aims to give the entire complex a clearer and more contemporary identity through targeted interventions focused on innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Particular attention has been given to technological systems, implementing advanced solutions in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and comfort in the new workspaces. The most significant interventions involve the executive offices, where the building facades are being replaced, interior renovations and strategic expansions are being carried out, and a comprehensive modernization of the systems is being implemented.

The new HVAC system ensures high energy performance, incorporating high-efficiency air conditioning technologies, controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC), and renewable energy sources for power generation.

On the technological front, the project includes the adoption of smart electrical solutions, featuring low-consumption LED lighting, automated system management, and a cutting-edge technological infrastructure for energy monitoring.

All buildings involved in the project have been designed and constructed in compliance with LEED protocol standards, ensuring environmental sustainability, reduced energy consumption, and enhanced user well-being.
