The project draws inspiration from the site's history and identity, creating a bridge between space and time to shape a landscape rooted in memory. It transforms an individual experience into a collective one, where past meets future, enabling innovation and sustainable architecture.

Embracing tradition and local heritage, the design integrates low-carbon solutions, blending craftsmanship and beauty with modern technology for a forward-thinking yet authentic transformation.

The redevelopment of Molo San Vincenzo stems from a careful analysis of evolving urban needs, representing an ambitious challenge in the revitalization and enhancement of a site of extraordinary historical and artistic significance.

After many years, it will finally be possible to reveal Naples from the sea. The transformation of the heliport into a panoramic multi-event terrace—unique in the world— will allow both residents and visitors to enjoy a breathtaking 360° view of the Gulf of Naples, embracing its iconic natural and landscape landmarks, including Vesuvius, Capri, and the Sorrento Peninsula.

Beyond its scenic role, the redeveloped heliport will provide Naples with a new key infrastructure for high-quality tourism, enabling regular flights to the islands and the coastline. With an eye on the future, the project also envisions the integration of aerial mobility solutions, such as air taxis and drones, set to revolutionize urban transportation.

The core challenge of the project lies in harmonizing this dual function—a space that is both a scenic landmark and a hub for innovative mobility.

This new flow of visitors will restore Molo San Vincenzo's identity and significance, reinforcing its connection to the city and its people.
